Back to gp?

Q: I saw my gp a week ago and he gave me 3 days of antibiotics for what he said was a slight urine infection. I went back after this as they helped the frequency of toilet trips as I wasn't going as much but didn't help the amount. I was put on a longer stronger antibiotic. This runs out tomorrow and I have a bit more of a flow but still having what feels like pressure after I wee. It has not hurt at all to go for a wee, do I need to go back to the gp again?
