LIMITED LUMBAR SPINE
Reason for exam: 721.90: Spondylosis of unspecified site without mention of myelopathy
History: disability, pain, images done upright .
Technique:AP, lateral and/or coned-down lateral views of the lumbar spine were done.
Findings:Vertebral body heights and disc spaces are well-maintained without malalignment except at L5-S1. At the L5-S1 level, there is slight retrolisthesis and some disc narrowing. The retrolisthesis measures approximately 5 mm. The sacroiliac joints are intact. Body habitus limits detail.
Some degenerative disc disease with slight retrolisthesis at L5-S1. Otherwise unremarkable study.
