Bad blood circulation??

Q: Hi,
I dont know if its getting worse or I'm getting more self conscious but when I stand up for like a few seconds my legs will go a bit discoloured and when I stand still for more than a minute or two, especially when I'm warm, they will go blue with red splotches. The only time they look normal is when I'm lying down and their laid flat. When I come out of the shower they will be bright red especially my feet and my knees. Sometimes if I stand still too long, I'll get the odd pain in my legs. My hands go a bluish reddish colour sometimes but not as much as my legs. Its only usually when I have them down at my side for a couple of minutes. My doctor seemed to think it was 'Raynaud's Phenomenon' but my symptoms don't seem to entirely fit it. She didn't do a blood test or anything and couldn't give me anything to help it so I'm a bit desperate. I've had it for a couple of years and I really don't have a clue what it is but its so embarrasing! Do you have any idea what it might be?
