Badly dizziness on head

Patient : My father is suffering from frequent low pressure. But he has always high pressure. Sometimes he feels dizzy so that he can’t even move well. Besides these he had stroke one year ago and are paralyzed. I don’t understand what it happens for, Stroke or low pressure. During low pressure we stop getting him taking from high pressure medicine. He is taking medicine ‘Amodocal 5 and Lipicon 10 ’ for high pressure, and in addition to ‘Ecosprine 75, Xerosec 20, Prolert, and mydocalm 50 probably for relaxing nerve. It would be kind enough if you get us a suggestion.
