Before one month I made MRI for my back

Patient : Before one month I made MRI for my back and result of MRI is Degenerative disc changes seen at L4-5&L5-S1 in term of posterolateral bulge with centro posterior annular tear intending the ventral aspect of the thecal sac and both central existing near roots likely causing bilateral nerve root compression at L4 and L5 nerve roots Please kindly interpret these results and my question is the sic will returns again to its normal position ? Thank you for your good efforts
