Bicornuate uterus, no period

Patient : Hi, my menstrual cycle is late by 24 day. i am normally on time. i did take a home pregnancy test but it says negative. i went to the hospital in October and they found out that my uterus and bladder are not right in front of each other, so my uterus is to the right of my body and my bladder is to the left. and my uterus is bicornuate. what is going on? any advise?
Symptoms:  No symptoms of pregnancy or pms
