Bladder infection, low-grade fever, and cough

Patient

Q: I'm having symptoms that I'm not sure are related. First, up until now, I've only gotten sick every 2-3 years, with typical cold/flu/bronchitis stuff. However, this illness has been going on for over a month.

Current symptoms are bladder infection (7 days) Lo-grade fever at nighttime (intermittent the past month,, but more steady for past three days, and starting earlier in the day), and accompanying cough and slight music with fever (began steady a month ago, with rattling chest and heavy mucus, but has subsided dramatically the past week).

Other symptoms from a month ago that have disappeared are sore throat (6 days), and ear infection (4 days).

I've been trying homeopathic remedies for these symptoms with negligible results.
