Bladder infection, yeast infection, or STD?

Patient : Hi, I've been sexually active for the first time for about three to four months now. I've been diagnosed on two occassions with a bladder infection. Following a heavy course of antibiotics I gained the symptoms which I thought were a yeast infection. I was treated for this, however a yellowish vaginal discharge and slight itching persists. Could my bladder infection have been mistaken for gonnorhea, despite my doctor confirming it was a bladder infection through a urine sample? Many thanks.
