Bladder problems

Patient

Q: I was injured in my groin area while in the service in 10-66. I have had problems with my urethra, bladder neck, prostate and know kidneys and liver. Numerous cystoscopies (over 40 have been performed over the years). A TURP was also performed with very negative result causing my erections to become non-exitent. I am 65 years old and continue to bleed and have constant pain in the entire groin are of my body. Strictures form and cystocopies are performed to open the passage way. I have have been advised that my kidney and liver have been affected. What are my options...if any? Thank you for your assistance.
