Patient : I had bladder reflux as a child in 1992 i was in grade 2 at the time i had surgery because the tubes from my kidneys were set too low to my bladder i used to have to take this horrible little yellow pill cut in half i think it was sulfur or something to keep the infection down because antibiotics didn't work well, i am 27 now, and my urine is cloudy and smelly, my lower back, sides hurt and my hips get really sore, kind of stiff feeling and everytime this happens, i go to the doctor, they tell me i have yet another UTI and give me antibiotic for it well, it doesn't seem to be working i was wondering, is it possible that my bladder stretched again as i grew up and maybe the tubes aren't positioned correctly anymore?? does that kind of stuff happen??? what can i do about it???
