Bladder, urinary track ,prostate problems or diabetes?.

Patient

Q: Im a 51 year old male. Frequent peeing came back after a few weeks. Last month my Dr gave me Sulfamethoxazole, thinking it was bladder or urinary track and thought I had a slight enlarged prostate. Pee test at office showed small amount of puss in urine.
Yesterday the peeing came back all night long .. ever 40 minutes having to get up.
Of course I was looking on line at diabetes symptoms.
Lots of forums posts describe what I have but are not followed up with an answer.
Two years ago , same problem . They gave me cipro and it made me feel terrible.
Last month ,Sulfamethoxazole , waves of feeling very bad. It only stopped the peeing for a few weeks and now it's back.

Symptoms:  Head cold , frequent urination every 40 minutes all day all night for two days straight.
