Blood Born Pathogens?

Patient

Q: I was recently at a nail salon getting my nails done when the nail tech accidentally cut me with the clippers. After applying alcohol and some mystery blue liquid to the blood, the tech then proceeded to continue with manicure immediately buy brushing cuticle oil on all my nails including the one I had just bled from. The same cuticle brush was then placed back in the bottle ready for the next client. Should I be worried about infection of some sort seeing that anyone could have bled before me during a manicure and used the same cuticle oil brush? I am hoping there is alcohol or some chemical in the oil they may kill any potential bacteria. Please help! Thank you!
