Blood test results. ALT too High?

Patient : I recently received my results from a health screening from my place of employment. The results are saying that I have a VERY HIGH ALT. It says 91 and 0-55 is normal. I'm concerned but unsure. I feel healthy and don't have any health issues right now. I don't smoke nor drink alcoholic beverages. I believe in a clean body is a clean temple. So my question is Do I need to go to a doctor if I have a 91 on results from an ALT Test?(even though I am having no problems)
