Blurred vision because of hypertension?

Q: I had LASIK a little over 2 years ago, ended up with 20 15 vision. Diagnosed with hypertension March of this year, the same time when my vision started to get blurry. My eye says hypertension doesn't really affect vision that much and wants to do another Lasik procedure. My primary dr says to give it more time for my vision to return to normal, although my bp has been in the 130s,80s since May. My vision is almost perfect upon first waking up, even after taking a nap. I also work on a computer for 8 hours a day. I quit using eye drops about a week ago thinking maybe it was a dependency thing, but it's getting worse. Very frustrated and stressed out. Don't want to get another surgery if not necessary or if it's because of me working on a computer all day. Not sure what to do.
