Q: Hi, I am 16 years old, 155 pounds and my height is 5'10''. I will be turning 17 in a week. I am dedicated to lifing but i dont see the results i am looking for, since im skinny but toned. I am looking for more muscle mass and was wondering if my stack is harmful to me. I take jack3d, glutamine, whey protein, and creatine.I was taking Anabolic pump but i just finished the bottle. I also do drink about 6 to 8 bottles of water a day. i also thought about HGH to grow some more and put on more mass.
