Brain seizures

Q: In sept 2010 and march 2011 i was taken to hoaspital suffering tia also in march 2011 i was told i was also having brain seizures and had a bubble in vein on left side of brain. i moved to a different area and had to get a new neuroligist. she gave me an mri and then then said i was suffering from migraines. shetook me off seizure meds howevershe has not explained to me whyi am still having thesharp pains in the top, left side,and back of my head. they do not happen at the same time and onlylast a few seconds. i also experience numbness in my hands and arms and awake some days with my left eye drooping. what should i do. it is hard to find neuroligist but i am not sure she is treating my symptoms
