Breathlessness, difficulty walking and writing

Patient : I am 75 years of age and over a year ago I started suffering from the following symptoms: - Trouble keeping my balance, falling over - Shuffling my feet when walking - Unable to read words correctly - Unable to write letters in the correct order - Breathlessness I have been to see many specialists and no one can tell me what has happened. I have had a CT scan and that came back clear so I haven't had a stroke or Parkinson's as I thought I might have. These symptoms seemed to come on quite quickly in a matter of months and before that I was very active both physically and mentally.
