Brown recluse bite

Q: I was bitten by a brown recluse 6 days ago. The Dr had even determined that it was om fact a brown recluse bite. I went to carenow and they said it was to serious to treat as the center of the bite turned black and was growing... I was sent to a local er where I was looked at given morphine for the pain and sent home. Before the morphine my blood pressure was low... At its highest it was 97 over 52 they released me with my blood pressure this low and o have never had a history of low blood pressure... I'm in extreme pain and my whole thigh is swollen my lymphnodes are hard like rocks and I can not walk.. I'm obviously not happy or feeling very well at this point... Can u please advise me as to what I should do?
