Patient :I get a lot of bruise-like marks on my calves after I exercise. They typically go away within the hour after working out, with a couple that have stayed on my ankles for a few weeks. I've always been active, even as a kid. I've also put on some weight (10 lbs) which is unexplainable and is not coming off.
