Patient: My 2 year old mri reads L1-2 posteriordisc herniation of the midline with uperior extrusion of the herniated disc behind the inferior marginof the body of L1 in the midline. ther is anterior impression on the thecal sac with no cord compressonAt the L2-3 leverl there is posterior disc bulging with anterior impression on the thecal sac with hypertrophy of the ligamentum flavum and degenerative changes of the facets resulting in minimalo to moderate spinal stenosis. Theres minimal to mod bilateral foraminal narrowing. At L4-5 there is posteriore disc bulging with anterior impression on the thecal sax there is a laminectomy defect in the midline and paramedian region both sides of the midline. there is moderate right and left foraminal narrowing. At L5S1 there are degenerative changes of the facets bilaterally resulting in moderate spinal stenosis. My question is with bladder incontinence and increasing levels of pain with this mri should I be at the doctors?
