Bumps in the Pubic Region

Patient : I am a 23 year old male and I've been having bumps in the pubic region for over a year now. The bumps are itchy and sometimes weep a fluid. They disappear after about 10 days and return in (I believe) uneven intervals. I though it could be a STD, but it is important to know that I never had sexual intercourse without a condom (though I did have sexual contact without one). What should I be looking at?
Symptoms:  Bumps, itchiness, pubic area, disappears after 10 days, returns
