Bumps on Penis

Patient

Q: : There are small bumps on the penis. they are not any form of STD's or anything because I have not engaged in sexual activity. I believe they are called fordyce spots. I'm not sure when they have started to appear there are just bumps along the penis. I was wondering if there was a way too get them removed, because even though they are not an STD or anything, they are simply unattractive and was wondering if there is a way to get them removed?
