BUZZYING SOUND IN EARS

Patient

Q: I have constant buzzing sound in both my ears. When the sound seems to be louder than the usual, I get a little bit dizzy and funny feeling in my head - not a headache.

What can be the cause of this? And is there a self-treatment?
