Caffeine pills and other meds interaction

Q: Im 16 years old and planning to occasianally take caffeine pills. i need to know if they will interact with my other meds and an inherited gene mutation called prothrombin gene mutation. The other meds im on are low doses of quetianpine (100mg) and sertraline (about 50mg). Im on them for depression and an eating disorder. I know caffeine pills can be dangerous and understand the risks but i am going to take them very occasioanlly anyway. So are there any major dangers when they are combined with my other meds and gene mutatation?
