Patient :I have recently starting exercising regular again ( 6mths) and I have a consistent problem with my left calf cramping and straining frequently It does not ever feel 100%. I am constantly having to be mindful of the position I am in order to prevent a cramp. Now, I had a major surgery on that ankle 13 years ago and have trouble of and on since then. I just want to know if there is anything I can do to move past this. All other health is good other than normal aches and pains that come with age.(38).
