Patient :Hi! I am a fifteen year old girl. One who is moderately active. I am a healthy weight of 108-110 pounds and I ear healthy as well. When it comes to caloric needs, I am aware that I need 2000-2200. Is it okay to eat 2200 on a daily basis? Will my weight shift at all?
