Can Anemia make me tired all the time and miss periods?

Q: So as of late, I have been tired all the time. I will sleep between 8-10 hours at night and when I wake I am still fatigued and want to sleep. Sometimes I have to take naps to even get through the day. I have also missed my period and it has been almost 2 months since my last period. I know I have iron deficiency anemia and that I am not pregnant at all. I recently started taking iron pills again (one a day) but I still feel like I am not getting better yet. What should I do? or is there something else?

Symptoms:  Missed period, fatigue all the time, etc.
