Can back pain stop circulation?

Patient: I’ve been having a lot of back pain on the right side of my spine. Other unusual things I have noticed is that I get goosebumps all over my body when it is boiling hot and they stay there for a long time, as well as numb hands, hot and cold sweats, temperatures, pins and needles, and feel feint. I also have bowel problems and constant diarrhoea as well as pain in my right leg and a strange tingling sensation. I have already taken a course of imflammatries and seen a physiotherapist. It is only getting worse and the numbing and tingling is spreading and becoming more consistent.
