Can creatine supplement increase your CREATININE level?

Q: Hi!.. I went the doctor and had blood work done. All lab work was good, but doctor said my CREATININE and BUN were a little on the high side of normal and he thought it was probably from dehydration. I am 46, male, healthy, workout, and take creatine as a supplement. I have been taking if for a year or 2 once a day.. Could the creatine being causing my creatinine and BUN levels to be n the high side of normal?
