Patient : Hello Doctor,
I am 29-Female-married. My mother's side of family have diabetes. Not chronic but mild. All of them were diagnosed it after 40 yrs of age or even 50.I know I might fall into that category. But is there a way that I can stop it from occuring even after 45yrs of age? will the diabetes be prevented-in my case- by following a healthy life style?
Thanks in advance.
