Can I give my son a multi-vitamin, mineral, and antioxidant supplement?
Patient : SERIOUS QUESTION
Hello. I recently purchased a supplement at Costa, branded by Kirkland, called Formula Forte Men for my son which is 14 years of age. I am concerned of giving this to my son because there is a warning sign stating that CHILDREN must be kept away from it because there is enough drug in the package to seriously harm a CHILD and cause accidental overdose. However, my child is no longer a child but a teenager.
My son is in perfect physical condition. 5 foot 7, 140 lbs, 8 hours of sleep, 3 meals a day, athletic lifestyle, etc.
