Can mintop 5% and q-sera serum be used simultaneously?

Q: I am a 22 year old woman with a family history of hair loss(paternal side.) I have lost most of my hair from the temples and the frontal portion is also thinning. My doctor has prescribed alternate day usage of Mintop 5% and Q-sera lotion. Along with that I am taking keraglo eva and folic acid tablets. My question is, Is it safe to combine the two medicines, Mintop and Q-sera as generally it is written in product description that it shouldnt be combined with other products.

Symptoms:  Hairloss,Hairfall,Dandruff
