Can this be shingles?

Q: I WAS DIAG. W GENITAL HERPES IN 1989. THERE IS A BUMP THAT RECCURS ON THE TOP OF MY BUTT ONCE OR TWICE PER YEAR FOR ABOUT FOUR OR FIVE YEARS NOW. IT STARTS LIKE A BUGBITE. ITCHY AND SMALL. THEN GROWS AND HARDENS. BLISTERS UP AND THEN HEALS, USUALLY ABOUT TWO WEEKS TIME. THIS TIME THE PAIN IS OFF THE CHARTS. NO FABRIC OR BREEZ CAN TOUCH IT. CAN THIS BE SHINGLES?
