Can this problem wait until next week to be addressed

Q: Following symptoms: craving raw lemons, BP dropping to 60/40 and below causing blackouts with injuries, cold intolerance, bluish extremities, fatigue, muscle quivering in hands, severe tingling in face and extremities, legs feel like bricks, hands and feet spasming, look contorted. Doctor is out of the country with no one taking her calls. What is happening and can it wait til next week?

Symptoms:  Craving raw lemons, hypotension and syncope, cold intolerance, bluish extremities, fatigue, muscles quivering in hands, severe tingling in face and extremities, mid thigh down feel like bricks, hands and feet spasming(contorted), severe explosive diarrhea
