Can you be pregnant and still get your period?

Q: Can you be pregnant and still get your period?
Okay so I've never had intercourse but I feel like I'm pregnant. I feel nauseous every time I lie on my stomach, I feel usually tired, and I feel hungrier. I was worried so I took a home pregnancy test and it came back negative. I took another one and same answer, then a few days later I got my period. I'm still worried that I could be pregnant. (I know this is a silly question considering I've never had intercourse but I wonder if I could get pregnant from like a wet towel or something)

Symptoms:  Nausea, bloating
