Can you Bungee Jump with a Hiatus Hernia?

Patient

Q: Can you Bungee Jump with a Hiatus Hernia? Or would it be better to do it after surgery to correct it? And how long should I wait after surgery?

Doctor

A:   Hi.
Thanks for your query.

This is very good question.
If you have a hiatus hernia, bungee jump should not be done at all.
This ideally should not also be done after Surgery as this is an added support to the already weakened system.
