Q: Can you contract hep c from an infected person if there blood touched your arm

Doctor

A:   Hi,
Thanks for the query.

I understand your concern.
Hepatitis C cannot be transmitted through intact skin.
If you are not having any type of injuries or abrasions etc exposing the underlying layers of skin and blood vessels at the site where the blood was touched, the possibility of transmission is very less.

Take care
