Can’t remember anything.

Patient: I’m a 44 yr old male with a history of depression, anxiety and insomnia. I’m currently taking 300mg of wellbutrin, 30mg Temazepam at bedtime and .5 mg of Alprazolam as needed for my anxiety up to 3 times a day. My question is this, I’m struggling a times with confusion and short term memory loss, are these meds causing this? I think of something that I need to do but when I get up I have forgotten what I got up to do. I lay things down and forget where I laid them. I get really frustrated trying to do things because of my forgetfulness. I’m considering a neurologist.
