Patient: I have an outward barrel chest on my right side and it feels as if when I do pushups/bench presses that I am not using the muscle on that side. The muscle symmetry does not appear to be the same as it is elevated due to the barrel chest. It has also lifted up my abs on the right side. Is this going to effect function/development? Is there a way to work my right side more? Or is there the possibility that the muscle is useless and unusable? Thank you so much.
