Patient :I'm 21 and I get a good 8 hours of sleep everyday and I feel rested (11:30pm-around 7:30am). However, I am never hungry in the morning, only until lunch time. But if I wake up early, like at 6am (still going to bed at the same time), although I'm tired, I'm hungry! How can I get enough sleep and wake up hungry? What is the cause of this loss of appetite? Am I oversleeping?
