Cause of sharp stabbing pain in lower right side of back

Patient

Q: Trying to figure out the cause of sharp stabbing pain in lower right side of back. It comes and goes, nd can last from a few seconds to a minute. Very painful! I would say general location of pain is below rib cage but above hip.....and a little closer tpwards the side. I had this a couple weeks ago....dont have medical insurance but bought a test to check for UTI,...it was possitive immediately. Folowed up with cranberry and a 5 day supply of antiobiotics....seemed like everything was good, and now today the pain has come back. Help!! I am concerned there could be a problem with kidney or liver....or bladder infection?
