Q: Cbc normal. negative for mono. not pregnant. feeling very sick. should i go to emergency room?

Read about the history of you having Fever, Throat Ulcers without pain, Headache, Loss of appetite and muscle aches.
I think these are suggestive of an infection.
Even though these are due to flu almost all the treatment remains same and hence you should go to PCP or ER whichever suits you at this time.
