Cervical disc injury

Patient : Hello Dr. I am a man and My age is 25. 15 days ago, after i woke up I damaged my cervical spine by axial loading (about 8 kg) on top of my head (axial compression when my head is bended laterally). Radicular pain and burning sensation are now in arms, chest and shoulders and I am worry of it. Please guide me how much axial compression loading (at that position) is necessary to damage cervical intervertebral discs and generally cervical spine?
