Chances of Being Pregnant?

Patient

Q: On November 23rd I had sex but I used a condom. I am taking birth control medication as well but I am worried because I was also taking an antibiotic, Augmentin, at the same time, which is why I used a condom as back up protection. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it came out negative, but that was only 12 days after the sex. Is that long enough to be accurate? I have read that you can test 10-14 days after sex you are concerned about. Is that accurate? I have also started to feel somewhat sick to my stomach this past weekend but would I really have symptoms that soon, I honestly feel like I just caught a small flu bug since a condom was used properly. Do you think I am pregnant?
