Patient : I changed my diet completely and cut out all junk food; I thought that I was making a healthy change but I haven't had a BM since I started which was five days ago. I used to have one every two days before I made the change. I don't understand since now I eat plenty of fiber rich foods with every meal. I don't feel pain or bloated but thought it was strange. Should I just return to my old eating habits?
