Chest Pain from Breathing/Leaning Over?

Patient : Last night I started having issues breathing -- mainly it hurts or aches in my chest (behind my sternum up to below my neck when I take a deep breath). Slightly left-side biased. When I lean far forward it feels like there is a pressure/ache that presses up against the bottom of my neck (w/ gravity). Local hospital ran ECG and breathing tests - found nothing. Prescribed me 5 days of Prednisolone and Allegra, to visit again after 5 days (had allergies but never something like this). Thank you!
