Patient :I recently had sugery on my shoulder and I have swelling in my right pec of my chest. I had surgery in december and it is now april and I still see the swelling. I do not know what is going on.
Thank you for writing to us.
There can be many reasons for swelling after surgery. The most likely cause is that you have a slow reactionary hemorrhage or slow bleeding. You should see your Doctor to get the surgery reopened and then get it treated.
Hope this helps you. All the best.
