Child fever

Q: My child fell on his face and hurt his nose four nights ago. His nose bleed for over an hour. There was a bruise across the bridge of his nose for two days after that. My real concern is that he has had a fever of 102 since the following morning.

We have been pushing Tylenol and liquids and he keeps his fever down to high 100 to 101. He is an active child.
Today he has been lethargic, which he never is.

My question is: how long should I let his fever be until I take him to emergency room?
