Chronic Allergic Rhinitis

Patient

Q: I am 41 Yrs old. I have chronic allergic sneezing (Rhinitis). Last year an ENT specialist suggested me to take Allerfix Total tabs (once in a day) as and when required. But now a days I have the sneezing problem (as well as running nose) frequently. Hence I take this medicine regularly, means up to 25 tabs in a month (daily night one.) Allerfix Total is a combination of Levocetrizine 5mg, Montelukast 10mg and Ambroxol Hydrocloride 75mg. My worry is I am Diabetic Stage 2. Will this medicine make any health problem on it's long term use.?

Symptoms:  Sneezing , Running nose (comes frequently when climate changes, head sweats more...)
