Chronic back pain with some numbness and tingle sensations

Patient

Q: I am a 43 year old woman that has suffered with chronic back pain for as long as I can remember. When I was 10 my dr. told my mother I had scoleosis but nothing was done about it. At the age of 25 I was told I had osteoporosis. Lately my back has been hurting worse and when I sit or stand for any length of time parts of my back will start to go numb and shortly after that it will tingle (as if it went to sleep). Also alot of times my back will get charliehorses when I stretch .Any suggestions on what I can doto make it stop or should I see a dr. ?
